Returns Policy

It is Toomac Ophthalmic’s intention to provide the highest quality products to our Customers.

If you are dissatisfied with the quality of a product, please contact us as soon as possible (no later than 14 days from receipt of product), either by email to sales@toomac.co.nz or by phone to 09 443 5347.

We may ask you to return the goods to us for inspection, with a copy of the Packing Slip or Invoice.  We will check the product, and if it is faulty, we will provide a replacement product or, if this is not possible, we will provide a refund including the cost of freight.

We realise on occasions you may wish to return products that are no longer required.  Please contact us as soon as possible (no later than 14 days from receipt of product), either by email to sales@toomac.co.nz or by phone to 09 443 5347, to discuss if the product can be returned.

We take pride in our service and will attempt to take returns where possible, but please note that returned goods, and packaging, must be in “as new” condition.  We cannot accept returns under the following circumstances:

  • You have contacted us outside the 14 day period
  • The product has been unpackaged
  • The product has been damaged
  • The box, or instructions, have been lost or damaged
  • The product was ordered specifically at your request, and you have changed your mind.
  • The product is contaminated (unless a Certificate of Decontamination is supplied).
