Aniridia Implants

Aniridia (or partial aniridia) often occurs as a result of a penetrating ocular trauma. The device provides an effective means of treating traumatic aniridia. In each case, two of these aniridia rings are implanted in the capsular bag and dialled against one another to form a closed diaphragm.
