BiVisc (cohesive and dispersive)
BiVisc™ is an ophthalmic viscosurgical device (OVD) that offers both cohesive and dispersive properties for use as a surgical aid in anterior segment surgery. It’s cohesive properties imitate the elastic effect of cohesive OVDs providing exceptional space maintenance and easy removal while the dispersive characteristics of BiVisc™ mimic the low surface tension of Dispersive OVDs, ideal for coating tissue.
- Optimise outcomes with both cohesive and dispersive properties in a single solution
- Dispersive properties for optimum cell protection of intraocular tissues
- Cohesive properties for deep anterior chamber space creation and ease of removal
- Suitable for the entire surgical procedure
